1413545 2015-12-29 21:18:00 Does any one know if windows 10 upgrades are changing their tactics in getting users to use windows 10? I've noticed that over the past month or so, the windows 10 upgrade pop up notice and style are more aggressive then before.

A colleague of mine apparently rebooted his windows 7 machine yesterday morning and the machine automatically started the upgrading process. And once he signed into his personal hotmail via in the web browser, windows 10 automatically linked his account to his work machine... . Does any one how this account link can be removed from the machine? As all his personal items, such as calendars and names are all assigned to the work machine. What makes it even more frustrating is that his account is the only administrator account on the machine.

Most of the removal guides I've seen so far seem refers to functions/buttons that are not available on his windows 10 Pro.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Follow these instructions. switch-back-to-a-local-account-sign-in-for-windows-10/ (askleo.com).

If you dont want a password on the local account, so it boots directly into windows, when it asks for a new password, simply leave it blank.
