1407728 2015-09-01 06:32:00 I'm with Spark atm, There speeds are usually good, but their customer service has become appalling.
I'm in Palmerston North

I'm wanting
Decent customer service, Not waiting for 4 hours for someone to answer,
Fibre 100Mbs,
Unlimited data, We use 800 gigs a month,
ideally around Sparks pricing ($100),
Fairly reliable speed

Thanks for any info

1407729 2015-09-01 07:03:00 I've heard BigPipe is pretty good, But they're $10 cheaper than Spark which makes me wonder.
Is their customer service good?
Do they have enough bandwidth on the Southern Cross cable?

Yeah, those Transfield slackers in Nelson are the pits.
Giving Chorus a bad name I hear.

So far so good, but I am worried about this too. IMO Snap were the best/one of the best ISPs in NZ, so hopefully 2D don't ruin it.

I've actually found Spark to be pretty good recently. Streets ahead of Vodafone/Slingshot for sure.
