Heyho, more work (and dosh) for me sorting them out.

I learned my lesson with the original Vista pig, wait 'til the ****ers get their **** together.

The upgrade didn't go well but a clean install fixed that. If I didn't run a couple of CAD programs I would swap to Linux too as everything else can be done in Linux

I think that with 75 million users and most people having a good experience with it, there is very little reason to wait. After all its really only a cosmetic job on 7, 8 and 8.1

Not quite! A cosmetic job is supposed to make things look better. Most "apps" look like a sheet of toilet paper. At least W8 still had borders and headers.

Yes Win8 did look like it was designed by a kindy class, the whole idea of 2 desktops was sheer madness

1 game i play regularly is less stable but that is a minor issue.

1406627 2015-09-07 22:00:00 Well bugger had to take windows 10 off.. laptop was doing some weird shite thought it was hardware but when i restored back to win7 it was working fine...

Might try again but not looking stable enough for me on this machine.

MS wont like it -how sad - never mind, At least its better than their half arsed attempt to put in DVD playback ;)
