| 1413471 | 2015-12-28 06:39:00 | Seasons greetings to one and all....I have a small issue that I can not make go away.I use a programme called MailStore to back up my emails,I am currently trying to set it up to backup my emails from a new outlook email account.It asking for a 'Sever Name'.I have tried variations of Outlook.co.nz to no avail,does anyone know the correct server information for Outlook.co.nz? or am I looking in the wrong palce. When you are asked to create an account, enter your email address and password, let the program configure the settings, dont do it manually. This is the auto settings for the outlook.com 6895 The arrows are blanking my name only, the capture program doesn't have a blank-out |

| 1413474 | 2015-12-28 17:52:00 | Thanks for the responses wainutech,I have tried both automatically and manually,nothing is working,I have disabled the antivirus to try to see what is impeding the setup.I can see no reason for it not to complete succesfully.I have my ISP email set up perfectly.I must be missing something very simple.
