| 543733 | 2007-04-24 12:37:00 | I'd be interested to hear a (proper!) legal opinion on how consumers stand with these 12-month contracts. Has anyone read the fine print in the terms of service. I pressume they have an exit clause. |

Woosh have once again proven that they are almost as trustworthy as a used car salesman. When Orcon killed their 256k unlimited plan, they moved users onto a 30 or 40Gb plan - perfectly reasonable - but 10Gb is not an acceptable replacement for an unlimited plan. |

I've had a read through the fine print, but it doesn't mention anything about Woosh's rights and obligations if they terminate a plan - they only mention what will happen to you, the consumer, if you were to change plans, or end the contract early. |

I'm not a lawyer, but the way I read it the customer is still liable for the termination fee. ...and the plan is terminated for any reason prior to the end of the minimum term, termination does not affect your obligation to pay any applicable termination fee and any other charges you have incurred. It doesn't specify any distinction based on who terminates it - merely what happens if it is terminated. |

| 543741 | 2007-04-27 07:46:00 | Saved by the contract :D Hi Thank you for your email. If you are still bounded by a contract your flat rate plan will not be forced to another plan. Your contract expire on 2/03/2008 1:00:00 p.m. . Im sorry we do not have a plan that is 20 GB and 128k upload. Thank you for your enquiry. If you need any further info or there is anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to get in contact on 0800 4WOOSH (0800 496 674). |

| 543742 | 2007-04-30 07:19:00 | Xnet. 0.1 cents per MB .1 x 1000 = 100. Thats a 100 cents per GB. I have this plan with them, not that I'm a huge downloader, but its convienient for those times I do download more than usual. Haven't had any surprise nasty bills yet either. |
