| 544792 | 2007-04-27 22:57:00 | Hi guys! I have MS Combat Simulator 3 on my computer and it is annoying having to insert the CD to start it every time. Is there a way where u can just start it from the icon on the desktop. There must be a way because a mate of mine set up Flight Simulator 2003 to start that way. Any tips there please. | 544794 | 2007-04-29 15:21:00 | There is a way, but as speedy says I don't know if the forum rules here let us tell you, google something like "no CD patch", that may find something for you. Also I think the MS flight sims for commercial planes (e.g. Flight Sim 2002, 2004 etc) are made by microsoft to start without needing a CD. That may be what is happening with your friend. |
