| 545203 | 2007-04-29 08:52:00 | Hi there, My computer screen has stopped switching off after the computer has been idle. This has just happened. I right clicked the main screen -cilcked properties and checked the standby settings. These were still shown as I had previously set them so I reset them but this has not fixed the problem. Has anyone any ideas? Regards, Mervselm. |

| 545204 | 2007-04-29 11:17:00 | I would be inclined to yank out your mouse for XYZ minutes and see if it fixes the issue. So the settings are now staying permanently or are the changes not saving? |

| 545205 | 2007-04-29 12:48:00 | Did you go to Display properties>Screensaver tab>Monitor power>Power options properties>Power schemes tab? This is in XP, dunno about Vista. |
