| 544983 | 2007-04-28 08:09:00 | Many laptop BIOS chips are high density surface mount and soldered. If this is one of those, the laptop is now probably a doorstop. You should never flash a laptop BIOS inless your back is to the wall and a gun is at your temple... |

| 544984 | 2007-04-28 08:47:00 | If you can remove your bios chip, you could try and find somebody with a EEPROM writer and knows how to use it. They could resurrect the bad Bios for you. I know that there is another method also your bios chip has to be removable, where if you find another mobo thats identical you can Hot Swap the bios to rewrite it. Search google for me info. (Thou it might be tricky with a laptop) |
