| 545830 | 2007-05-01 00:28:00 | Hi, there, i need your help. I lost the IP address of Ni500 (192.168.7.1 was deleted). There is not any reset button on it. So, how can i reset it???? Thanks a lot:help: |

| 545831 | 2007-05-01 06:01:00 | I don't think you can "lose" the IP address on the Ni500, it is more likely you have lost it in your PC under network devices etc. However, hook the Ni500 up to your computer via an ethernet cable and enter the command: telnet 192.168.7.1 and password i500 Then enter the command: ip-config (which IIRC will show your IP address), either that one or: ip-devices Enter @close to exit I'm stretching my memory here, so you may need to consult the manual. You do have the manual don't you? It should be running in RFC 2364 mode, VPI: 0, VCI: 100 & PPPoA. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
