Also, Ive listed them first, so that every tom, dick & harry who comes from the 'net wont be killing your connection to get it.

Appreciate you work mate, cheers!

MS have stated that win9x /ME and 2k system are end of life and no patch is planed at this stage .

that is why i made this fix myself .

a patch for XP and vista is due in a few weeks from MS .

547388 2007-05-27 09:03:00 So how Do I upgrade NT (4/5) Systems?
NZ Win9x daylight saving patch.reg contains a registry update specifically for Windows 95/98/ME.
Please do not use it on Windows NT, 2k, CE, XP, Vista etc. The contents can be viewed in Notepad.
The patch makes permanent changes to the Windows registry. I have tested it and it works for me but
I am not responsible for what you do with it.
Double click on it to install.
To take effect, the timezone must then be reselected and re"applied" in the Date/Time control panel.
Changes:
* Makes daylight saving in the "(GMT+12:00) Auckland, Wellington" timezone definition
begin from the last Sunday in September and end on the first Sunday in April.
* Makes daylight saving end at 3am instead of 2am.
* Adds the missing Chatham Islands timezone.

547389 2007-05-27 09:07:00 You dont most probably, NT users will have to live without it.

The patch for XP + will most probably be out soon.

547390 2007-05-28 08:59:00 So how Do I upgrade NT (4/5) Systems?
NZ Win9x daylight saving patch.reg contains a registry update specifically for Windows 95/98/ME.

the zip file come with a NT/2K version that will be all good for NT4 systems or windows 2000.

it will work with 2003 and XP and vista but MS is expected to have a patch for "2003 and XP and vista" out in the next few weeks.

once again:
the win9x version is good for "win95, win98,windows ME"
the NT/2K version is good for "NT4,2000,2003, XP and vista"
both versions are in the one .zip file
