I am trying to resurrect a Dell PC that fails to send any signal to the monitor which just remains blank. I also don't hear th eusual harddisk motions but get two short beeps and that's it.
Would a dead CMOS battery do that or could it be something else? |

Does it have Onboard VGA or a seperate Graphics Card? |
