| 547981 | 2007-05-07 06:00:00 | Hey guys, just trying to find out if any Ex Quicksilver or Woosh wired broadband customers have been experiencing disconnections lately. I've been experiencing random connection drops over the last 2 weeks or so... usually a hard reboot of the router sorts the problem but of late it's been happening quite often. In the last few days, I've had to unplug the modem several times before it would connect successfully. Any thoughts or ideas. Cheers PS I'm about 4K's from the exchange but haven't experienced anything like this since moving into the house which was like 18 months ago. |

| 547983 | 2007-05-07 09:27:00 | I'm an EX QSI customer. I've been having frequent router disconnections with my line for a few months now. What happens is the internet will work fine and then for no reason at all, just disconnect. For me, it occurs mainly around 9-10pm onwards. But usually during those hours. For me, it will automatically reconnect after a couple of retries. Perhaps it's QSI's revenge on us for leaving. Non? |
