| 547784 | 2007-05-07 21:04:00 | from a Telecommunications standards point of view T1 = 1.5 Mb/s, T2=4 x T1, T3=4 x T2 etc in NZ we are based more on european standards with E1, E2, E3 which equate to 2, 8, 34 Mb/s etc However you can't buy Broadband connections using these speeds except for expensive commercial offerings |

| 547785 | 2007-05-07 21:15:00 | Seems to me the trouble is with the servers you are uploading to. My upload speed is always over 700 kbps to my ISP. But from then on it drops to anything from 40 to 400. |
