| 548204 | 2007-05-08 05:16:00 | I have an adobe pdf file. I cannot edit it in the free version of adobe acrobat reader. i don't want to purchase the full version. Does anyone know of any free software that you've used that works and that can edit pdf files(like change some text) and save them? I have tried all the software from download.com but they do not work and some are not full versions. | lance4k (4644) | ||
| 548205 | 2007-05-08 05:23:00 | Well unless u made the PDF file yourself, I doubt u can change it . And some PDF files are protected against editing . Depending on what it is and who wrote it . Even if u brought something like Adobe reader Pro, I doubt you'll be able to edit it . . |

PDF files can be set up to be "editable" by the original creator for online template use with "editable fields" but other than that they are generally designed to be non editable documents. |
