Noticed this for the first time last night on the home PC and for the first time today on the office PC.

Log into google.co.nz, type in a any search queries or words and click SEARCH button.

New Page comes up but I'm now finding I can't click between the small circles that define searching

" the web " or " pages from New Zealand"...

It can take 30 or so seconds for them to change..Double clicking highlight something I haven't seen before on the top right of the page - "New! View and manage your web history"...

Any clues?

Thanks

I don't see that.

Do a spyware scan.

That phrase appears above the RESULTS 1 to 10 of about 25,000 etc etc

It's not spyware...My home machine is clean and it also happens on the office machines..Which I am 100% sure are clean given the sweeps that take place on them every week.

548963 2007-05-11 06:22:00 I think the significant phrase here is " Log into google.co.nz" these additional facilities are available to account holders who sign in.
If you find them annoying, don't sign in!

548965 2007-05-11 06:25:00 You signed in to google? stu161204 (123)
548966 2007-05-11 06:38:00 Aha. Perhaps the first time ever for use of precise terminology to cause confusion. :D

It used to be that the only way to use a service was to log in. So it's natural to (mis)interpret "log in" as "connect to" or "use". The poster actual meant, "log in with username and password".

The behaviour is different. In PressF1, the only immediate difference is that the displayed times are out by an hour.

Perhaps the simplest "fix" for Gedc would be to not log in to Google. ;)

Guys

Thankyou for the replies...I was indeed 'signed in' - had it set up automatically...Been like that for nearly 8 months + ?? Not sure what Google have done but the web pages work beautifully once I signed out.

Thanks again..So simple I would never have thought of it...
