549003 2007-06-26 07:05:00 Has this issue finished I think not....My usage from Ihug for June is twice more than my usual...my own NetLimiter usage meter shows half the usage of Ihug...Ihug help totally unhelpful. So I will go to the Disputes tribunal if they bill me, there they will have to front up, explain and show how my usage is made up in detail, times programs and usage splits. I think they must explain how anyones excess is made up, and where it has come from. If you recieve a bill from your bank or car repair shop and it is more than agreed to then under the Consumers Guarentees Act you entitled to a breakdown "to your satisfation", you would not pay an excessive bill to anyone else if they cannot prove how and where it comes from would you. Ihug is a service and the Consumers Guarentees Act covers all services so if I am not convinced by convincing evidence then off to the Distputes Tribunal we shall go. I will keep you posted as if I win then noone here will need to pay for excess usage again unless ihug prove the usage. dannell (12248)
549004 2007-06-26 09:05:00 yip, it's farked again.

i was closely managing my usage as it's nearly the end of the month, with the right about left....

then, bam! my little usage monitor thingy i had running jumped from 85% to 102% in two hours (probably not even, it just checks every 2 hours).

Their graph did not correspond to the numbers the other day (it was too high), but it readjusted itself, but now it seems it's screwing up, again :badpc:
