| 549545 | 2007-05-15 04:31:00 | Ok, I have used the monitor with success on another PC, I set it to 75hz and it stays that way after reboot, resume from standby - whatever. So now I am going to blame ATi's useless bloatwared catalyst control centre because I don't like it anyway. But seriously, anyone have any more ideas why this would be happening? |

| 549547 | 2007-05-15 05:48:00 | both were tried on 1024x768 @ 75hz, one worked, one didn't I've just tried running it through the DVI with a VGA adaptor, and also unchecking "read max settings from monitor" and instead choosing my own (exact same as what it read anyway) It seems to be working, though I don't know which of the two caused that :) Just as a test I tried increasing the refresh rate to see if I would get an error well It got to 85hz but when I tried 90hz it just turned off and flashed the standby LED at me, so I'm guessing if 75hz was too high for it, it would have turned off. |
