| 550188 | 2007-05-16 07:42:00 | Been trying to get this printer going for the last few days... I have a Brother DCP-115C Printer which will not show up on my pc during the setup screen - a screen pops up requesting the usb cable to be plugged in and the printer powered on, the setup should then commence However the printer does not want to show up, it was working fine before I reinstalled my OS (xp home btw) and I'd stake my life on the fact that the usb plugs are securely plugged in. Can someone please help me? |

Plug it into the port, wait for the new hardware screen to pop up and then point it to the driver. And check in Device Manager in case its installed but stuffed up. |

| 550191 | 2007-05-17 07:43:00 | All mobo drivers are installed - everything else works fine The PC has detected the CF card slot on the printer - it shows on my computer but other than that, it fails to do anything else with the pc. Will try to use the XP setup wizard, will report later if I succeed thanks again, cornot |
