1414757 2016-01-20 04:51:00 Dear all,

I have configured a domain name template to be actioned onto one of my domain names five days ago, yet when I use http://mxtoolbox.com/ to look up for MX records, they do not exist.

Does anyone know where I might have gone wrong? Thank you.

1414758 2016-01-20 05:01:00 Have you actually applied that template to the domain?
And is your domain hosted with Dreamhost?

Yes I have applied that template to the domain name.

Domain name is hosted with Domains4less, but the content is with Dreamhost. The website is accessible at the moment by typing in its address.

OK so that's your problem.
The name servers look like they are pointing to Dreamhost so that template in the domains4less control panel is being ignored.
You need to make the MX record changes in your Dreamhost account, that would be the easiest option.
The other option is set the domain name servers to the default ones, which will point them to the correct ones for domains4less, and make sure your template includes the address required for your website.

Due to the circumstances, I can't actually change the MX records on my Dreamhost account.

So looks like I will go with this option. Embarrassingly, I do not know how to go about doing that :o

Thank you for the replies posted so far, CYaBro
