| 1415258 | 2016-02-02 04:03:00 | try running the dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth in a CMD with Admin rights, try right clicking the start button see if it pops up to select. If it doesn't, and Power Shell is damaged then there is some sort of corruptions. I'd try the refresh option (save any data first), as if there are to many problems you may never get anywhere, trying to fix them. Failing that -- Wipe the drive, start again from fresh. Re what you should see in power shell is this or very similar: 6932 Power Shell needs to run as Admin, like CMD. But it should do so when in safe mode, it will normally tell you if you dont have the rights 6933 |
