1408483 2015-09-19 07:56:00 When I was in South Africa I ran a Shell service station at Camperdown, midway between Durban & Pietermaritzburg. One day a swag of convicts arrived carrying there Warden and his rifle. They asked me to call the Police and an Ambulance as the Warden was ill. None of them tried to escape, when I asked why they replied that at least they were fed and had accommodation at the end of a day's work. The alternative was to be unemployed with no social services or benefits. Crimes were committed just to survive. mzee (3324)

1408487 2015-09-20 03:45:00 Mandela was a good man. If the stupid British had got him on their side instead of making a martyr of him they would still be there. Same goes for Kenya, they put the one man who had any influence on all tribes, Kenyatta, in prison instead of using him. Result the British lost Kenya, and Kenyatta became President. They also wasted 4 years of my life fighting terrorists and then kicked me out! mzee (3324)
1408488 2015-09-20 05:40:00 I may have been good, but his legacy leaves nothing to be desired.

Unless of course you are into chaos.
