| 550688 | 2007-05-17 11:19:00 | i have a PC running XP with a 250 gig sata the PC needs a format problem being that i have to floppy drive to put sata drivers on to reinstall XP it also has a IDE HDD is there anyway to load sata drivers without a floppy drive? |

| 550689 | 2007-05-17 21:04:00 | You could try a USB flash drive. It may or may not work. I had this prob when I tried to install the SATA drivers on a laptop. Sometimes the XP install screen found the USB flash drive, sometimes it didnt. No, I'm pretty sure u need a floppy or something like a floppy. Not another hdd. |
