| 551702 | 2007-05-21 04:45:00 | Hi my name is trinity4life and i'm new in this forum... Would you happen to know anything about computers and their functions? My computer doesn't come on and neither does the monitor. A co-worker told me that it could be the video card. I must unplug it in order for it to go off because when I press the on/off button it doesn't respond. Thank You Helen |

Do you hear the fans start up, and does it make any beeps or hard drive noises? Unless you have any competent friends who could help, you might need to take it to a computer shop for diagnosis and repair. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
