| 554607 | 2007-05-30 23:22:00 | Just recently got into talking to people online with my headset. I use google talk or msn, which only allow you to talk to one person at a time. Is it possible to get a multi-person voice chat? I think it would be quite neat. *just specifying exactly what I mean. Not me being able to have more than 1 conversation at once, but rather a 'group chat'. |

| 554613 | 2007-05-31 00:36:00 | Ventrilo looks good. How come I have to use Hamachi with it? You don't, but it makes things much easier. Rather than using your IP address that your ISP give you, Hamachi assigns you a number like an IP address which you use as the number to connect to another user. And because IP addresses are automatically changed by the ISP, having an address that does not change... well you get my drift. When your playing old multiplayer games that use IP addresses, Hamachi comes into it's own. |
