I agree with motorbyclist though, have a look in the browser settings. (I'm not going to quote, you know what I'm talking about)

553983 2007-05-29 09:25:00 Oi you lot! Please take your very off-topic conversation out of this thread. Use PM. It is unfair on the original poster who can be put off completely and it distracts from their issue. Jen (38)
553984 2007-05-29 11:40:00 Sorry Jen. "Post Quick Reply" button is too tempting not to be used.

P.S. If you are really mad at us, I don't mind having my posts in this thread be deleted.

Cheers :)

i'm usually in the "starea" - 3rd floor study area, engineering building. i'll be in shadows friday arvo

Mechanical, Electronic....

1st year does a bit of everything, so at the end we can choose our specialisation (our exam results will dictate whether or not we get 1st choice though)

i'm thinking i'll do either mechanical or mechatronics, probably mechanical... but i wouldn't mind doing electrical, chemical/materials or biomedical. i don't really want to

My brother-in-law is a mechanical design engineer (did his mechanics apprenticeship 4 years first then gained his NZ cert in Engineering) he currently works in F1 over in the UK.
