| 554131 | 2007-05-29 04:36:00 | After an unfortunate download, I am able to boot up as usual but my desktop is clear of all shortcuts and I have no Start menu. When I go to start up Explorer via the task manager it opens and then closes immediately. None of the other startup programs are running either. I can view files using PDExplorer, but the Sustem32 folder does not appear in the Windows folder. A malware scan shows it to be present however. Avast has not detected anything. Any suggestions? |

| 554133 | 2007-05-29 13:32:00 | Not sure what that was all about, but after runnng the trojan remover and removing a few items all is back in order. I noticed that Zone alarm program settings was including a lot of programs which I had not had included so something had been going on in the background. Thanks |

| 554134 | 2007-05-29 22:51:00 | You must have had something like a trojan or something Why everything is back to normal now. I would also select the 3rd-7th option under utilities in Trojan Remover. |
