| 555365 | 2007-06-02 07:23:00 | I am running MS Active synch 3.2, connected to an imate smartphone2 via a usb dock. Everything was working fine last night, won't synch this morning. Tried upgrading to the latest version of active synch, uninstalling and re-installing the current version (3.2), uninstalling and re-installing the drivers with no luck. any ideas? |

I'm on 4.2 and I don't even think it is the newest.. i don't have a i-mate though just an old ipaq sometimes when my activesync goes funny I have to go into file-get connected and manually connect my pda tried using other data cable? maybe your dock's half dead..who knows..just a guess.. |

| 555369 | 2007-06-02 08:20:00 | 3.2 is the version that came with it (that's what I mean by current version i.e. the version i am currently running), on the install cd. But as I said, I've tried the latest version with no success. Also when I do the connection wizard, it doesn't find it. I only have the dock to connect to my pc. |

| 555371 | 2007-06-04 07:59:00 | Sometimes, when I connect my IPAQ, my Comodo will pop-up and ask me to grant access to Active Sync to allow the IPAQ to connect to the computer and let it access Outlook and other folders including WMP's Sync function. See if its your firewall/anti-virus. |
