| 555468 | 2007-06-03 12:47:00 | Handbrake rocks, but Ive only used the command-line version in Linux. Im positive theres a windows GUI now. x264 works brilliantly as an encoder!! Anyways, for simplicity & ease-of-use, you cant go past Nero Recode. Quality isnt _quite_ as good as x264 encodes Ive found, but on a screen that size you're not likely to notice the difference so dont worry ;) Nero Recode costs thou, although I think there's a free LE version from the Ahead website |

| 555473 | 2007-06-04 00:35:00 | I use Allok MPEG4 converter, but it isn't free. Converts most formats to any video format. For the PSP/Iriver/Ipod/Zune/Apple TV/Zen/Xbox And WMV/Mov/H264. And a few audio formats. |
