| 555700 | 2007-06-04 06:57:00 | Those aren't dumb questions at all . They are good troubleshooting questions . Some questions for you . Are you connected to the modem/router with an ethernet cable (the same one you used for the other modem/router?) . What do the status and ADSL lights on the 604 show? (Normal is for the status light to be blinking and the ADSL to be solid) . What happens when you type 10 . 1 . 1 . 1 into the address box of your Internet browser? If it comes up with a prompt for userid, enter admin for both userid and password . Report back with this info . |
