| 557647 | 2007-06-09 12:38:00 | welcome to PF1 Sylkness. I presume that you are using xp, not sure if this works in vista Goto run typein msconfig go to startup tab. Make sure you know want the possible outcome of stopping a startup program is. As an example, dont stop zonealarm startup from here as zonealarm hooks into the tcp/ip stack and if you stop it using msconfig chances are you'll need to rebuild tcp/ip stack. Sounds scray dosnt it. (Im talking from experance here) I will advise you NOT to go anywhere near the process tab. |
