557642 2007-06-09 09:26:00 My appointments in Outlook 2003 calendar have been stretched. I dont really have appointments as such but have entries for reminders/certain events etc.
My deafult view of calendar is 'month view'

The problem is that all "all day event" appointments which normally sit in one day block have stretched to cover over 2 days and have little clock pics in the event entry in the calendar.

This i noticed after I moved to US recently and changed my time zone to be "Pacific Time Zone". Any new entries i create are fine (since its using US time zone) but all other appointments done coming to US have gone crap.

I gather this is because of that and when i happen to change Windows back to NZ zone/time the appointments are back to normal with no stretching or clocks showing. If its not clear - try changing your time/zone settings on your PC and then open Outlook.

Can someone tell me how to leave everything in default view like it was even though my location has changed? Its just annoying and messy to see everything in my calendar all over the place.

thanks for any help

557643 2007-06-09 22:44:00 Seems to be a common issue. You could have two timezones, one for the old NZ events and one for your current events: Add or remove a second time zone (office.microsoft.com) Jen (38)

that does not fix my problem though of stretching views.
Does anyone know of any fix or bypass where you appointments dont stretch over 2 days in month view just cause they were entered in differen timezone
