That is the message that I get when trying to print something. First of all nothing can be printed directly from the Internet but must be copied and pasted to WordPad and then that message appears. Any ideas please of what could be the problem and even better how to fix it? |

How is the pc connected to the printer? Is it connected directly via usb or is the printer shared from another computer? |

Connected directly via USB. A while ago when it could print directly from the internet some foriegn language would come up in one of the boxes. |

That was in the Printer Properties ... the second page was in an "oriental" language. I'm sure we've had that as a topic here before, but I couldn't find it with the search. Can anyone else remember that? |

I tried looking but could not find anything on this this topic. Disconnected the printer form the computer and turned the power off but no success. What is the bet it is something simple. |

Try uninstalling the printer drivers, reboot the pc and reinstalling it again. Also do a spyware check just in case. |

According to the agent who sells the particular PC the drivers for the printer need updating. |

Actually got the printer to work although the job would have been queued for hours. Printer icons will not delete in Printers and Faxes. |
