| 557030 | 2007-06-07 20:18:00 | Hi all, shared file structure as follows: \\servername\sharename\ dir1a\ file1, file2, file3 dir1b\ file4, file5, file6 dir1c\ file7, file8, file9 dir2a\ etc..... Drive H: mapped to \\servername\sharename\ windows explorer. right click on H:\dir1a choose "make available offline" choose "YES" for subfolders as well choose "make shortcut on desktop" click finish wait for synchronization. open from desktop: "shortcut to offline files" all files, ie: file1 - file9 are in root of offline files NO DIRECTORIES/SUBFOLDERS HELP????? | 557031 | 2007-06-08 14:02:00 | Viewing the files in the "Offline Files Folder" from the shortcut will show you all offline files on the one screen. This is normal. If you go to your H: you will see dir1a and all the files and folders in it will have a blue shortcut type arrow on them showing that these files are available offline. If you disconnect from the network you will still have access to those files/folders via the H: |
