| 557942 | 2007-06-10 13:37:00 | Hi everyone thanks for reading this . I have an HP4200 LaserJet printer and I installed the latest drivers for it . It works fine till windows update installed KB925902 (windows update) now if I print any thing form MS Visio to the printer the PC will halt for a sec . and restart . Every thing else is working fine and I still can print the same file from MS Visio to anther printers with no prob . Please help me with this :confused: :confused: And is it important to install the KB925902 update Thanks for every thing |
