| 1415454 | 2016-02-04 15:40:00 | The battery icon on my task bar keeps disappearing no matter what I do. I've looked at other forums that have solved this problem, but it doesn't stay fixed. I have Windows 10. I've tried going into settings -> system -> notifications -> turn icons on and off, but the option for battery can't be selected. And I've tried going into devices manager and disabling AC adapter and ACPI-compliant control method battery and then re-enabling them. This makes the icon come back, but it will always go away again later. |

| 1415457 | 2016-02-04 20:16:00 | This is from another forum, cant test it as non of the laptops have pro installed, only desktops ( which don't have a battery meter) 1. Go to start or click in search, type in gpedit.msc and press enter. 2.Navigate to expand User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar and disable "Remove the battery meter". 3. restart |
