1410409	2015-10-25 10:39:00	Well, it was to be expected that they'd give away a lot of points on penalties - it's the nature of the game the ABs have been playing for ages . But they nearly handed the entire game away . I'd feel a lot happier about any win if it didn't rely on so many naughty little nuances that the ref isn't meant to see . But ethics, and being proud of a clean victory no longer seems to count . They can shove their cup . Dang! That was a close hard game and the final result could have gone either way right down to the last 2 minutes . Real heart attack territory for all fans . Maybe I'll be proven wrong but that was a RWC finals match . Thrilling almost old-school crunching rugby . Not sure I agree Paul . There have been a lot more penalties given in the RWC than we see in the Southern Hemisphere competitions . Presumably because the refs are taking a very tough line on any remotely dangerous play and possible offenses in the ruck . The best example is the (wrong) call against Scotland which cost them the game . The ref could have let play continue . Worse was the Yellow Card for Jerome Kaino when he accidentally kicked the ball by trying to jump over it to get back onside . It didn't warrant a penalty and certainly not a sending off . Maybe the ref realised because he later sent off Brian Habana . I don't think the ABs are cheating, nor are the other top teams . None of these players are amateurs . They all make mistakes . They push the rules at times but the risks are high so it doesn't pay .	Winston001 (3612)
