I don't think chorus are 'supposed' to connect all your phones to the fiber modem as part of a normal install, someone correct me if I'm wrong though. Many of my frustrations were around the difficulty of contacting Spark - three hours hanging onto my poor wee cell phone on Tuesday, and another 2 1/2 hours yesterday, along with 3 hours waiting to 'Chat' yesterday. All inclined to put one's temper out of joint! Some of the details around the phone were not spelt out at the initial interview, or in fact asked about. Reminds me that you should never assume anything, but of course, that goes both ways too. |
