| 559166 | 2007-06-14 23:08:00 | ok, i have 2 drive's called HT-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8483B. none of them are showing up in My Computer. the device manager says : "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device." i have no idea whats going on. one day it works, another it dosn't. i havn't installed any programs recently or hardware. any suggestions? p.s: my floppy drive shows up, though its not working. p.s.s maybe i should add that i'm running xp. |

| 559167 | 2007-06-15 00:21:00 | I would make sure theyre jumpered properly. And that the IDE cable isnt stuffed or something. Is the BIOS picking both up now, and do they appear on the post screen?? (The screen after u boot up)? |
