| 559030 | 2007-06-14 07:34:00 | For some reason most of my mp3 files have acquired random numbers and letters in the "Comments" ID3 tag/field. (eg. "00001946 00001A4A 0000579B 00005FA5 0001119E 0001119E 00008000 00008000 0001119E 0001119E") Is there any reason why this has happened, and how can I delete all of them at once instead of individually (which would take me hours)? Thanks! |

Note that if you have a lot of files and they are ID3v2 tags, this may take a while - because ID3v2 is stored at the beginning of the file, the whole file must be rewritten to apply a tag. Unfortunately I can't recommend a program - it's been years since I last needed to do this. |
