| 558693 | 2007-06-13 05:13:00 | Hi, I use Mozzila and Xtra webmail. When I want to send an email, in the address box I type the first letter of the persons name and then "auto fill in" completes the address. My problem is that (if I have updated that persons address) the old one will pop up even though the old one is not in the address's list.Is there a place I can look where it will show all records so that I can delete the out of date ones? | gradebdan (2186) | ||

This will clear all data though, including the stuff you want to keep. This also could be a setting in Xtra Webmail with the address book memory function, so have a look around the options in there. I don't use Xtra so cannot be more specific. |
