| 562332 | 2007-06-24 05:26:00 | I have a Benq 340U/640U scanner. It never appears to scan any more than 280mm instead of 297mm of a A4 document. The bottom 15mm always missing. Is this normal, I am using the inbuilt XP program scanner and camera wizard. |

| 562339 | 2007-06-25 03:06:00 | Irfranview is not a scanner program. Yes it is. Go to File > Select TWAIN source and away you go (I think... it has been a long time since I last used Irfanview to scan items but I know it can be done). |
