| 561652 | 2007-06-22 06:40:00 | Hi It seems to Xnet techician are a bit busy today and wants me to call tommorow but I just can't wait and besides I won't be home tommorow as I'm heading to New plymouth for 3 weeks. I have bought the LinkSys PAP2t Internet pHone adaptor voip So I switched it on.Connect the ethernet to one of the ports in my Broadband modem and I connect my normal telephone into one of the telephone socket of the PAP2T device I was given the username and password But how do I set it up? Can I have some help please? |

| 561653 | 2007-06-22 09:39:00 | Phone Xnet help desk. With my PAP2t I unpacked it and plugged it in and told Xnet it was there. They waved some remote magic wand and said "try your phone" and it worked. I don't think there's anything you need to do - maybe nothing you can do yourself. Maybe you could call help desk tomorrow from NP and get someone else back at home to check that the phone works? |
