562620 2007-06-25 06:08:00 I am a small business wanting to fax out a promotion to both my existing clients and some prospective clients - maybe 200 in total. Obviously sending them one by one from my fax machine won't be the most effective use of my time! Does anyone know of inexpensive broadcast fax software that I can download to my PC, then insert the fax numbers once, then have the machine perform it's magic with the touch of a button?
Regards
Tony.

562621 2007-06-25 06:15:00 There's quite a few shareware fax programs, and Winfax which is pretty old now.

Not too sure how much it costs, but it was a pretty good program.

Or get a fax machine / MFC theyre most probably cheaper than the software!

Some MFC's come with fax software, so u can send from a PC.

562622 2007-06-25 06:19:00 You may want to check if you need a fax modem driver or something on your PC. I have a similar facility on my iMac OS X 10.4 but haven't needed to use it yet. I think the over all process is pretty simple and effective. winmacguy (3367)

You dont need a separate driver.

No it won't unless you have it going via some outfit which then onsends it.
