562674 2007-06-26 00:10:00 If your gonna pay for something get NOD32. I have had very bad experiences with Trend Micro Anti Virus software.:groan:

Ditto on a couple of friends machines with Trend Micro problems

If paying, use NOD32 otherwise use AVAST for a free AV and stay with your other Antispyway and Firewall products

Oh well . . . . too late .

Why are you wishing you hadn't bought it . Just because other users have a different opinion about something you bought doesn't mean you've made a poor purchase decision . I've used PC-Cillin since the 2002 version came out . I've never looked back and haven't had any problems with it . Whilst there may be other products that perform better according to the tests and benchmarks it doesn't mean you have to go buy those products . . . it's personal choice .

I prefer PC-Cillin based on past experience and the fact that it gives me an all in one solution that really isn't very hard to use . I have a 3 license pack so I have it installed on my main box, the Mrs' lappie and my lappie and all that for AU$69 . 00 over the net . Pretty damn good I reckon .

Cheers

562678 2007-06-26 05:55:00 Uh Oh . . . . . :(

Have I done bad? :stare:

Will reserve judgement on that until you start squealing . :p :D

Nah, I wouldn't say you've done bad, just that I thought you could have done better, being as you have been around the forum long enough .

Don't fret though, if it works for you then that's all that matters .

On the last chat/poll I think it was a tie between NOD32, AVG and Avast with Comodo Firewall

Read reviews, see what each one can do...

I spose it depends, if u want something free, or if u want to pay for it.
