| 563920 | 2007-06-28 09:15:00 | i use slingshot. i find their call centre very frustrating. i don't believe i have got through to a person in under 20minutes any time i have rung - and there have been several particularly when i was initially setting up BB. How can an organisation that sell themselves as the nz no. 1 internet provider offer such as poor after sales service ? I would also be interested to see what slingshot have to say in response to this. (i would ring and ask but i have not got half and hour to spare) - maybe just maybe they are too busy trawling through forums like this to answer the phone.... |

Found it very frustrating since I was trying to access my servers at work to check on the backups :annoyed: :angry I tried phoning them tonight too, as my connection keeps going up and down for the last week. Also my download speeds have been terrible over the last couple of weeks. I gave up after 20 minutes of waiting on their phone line. Don't bother sending them an email, as it takes them over a week to reply. I think they are having major problems at the moment, but they don't bother to update the status message on the phone or their website. Their phone message says they have got some problems, but not in my area, while their website says they don't ahve any problems. I think I am going to be switching to xnet if this problem isn't fixed in the next day. |

I would love to change to another more reliable ISP but no one else offers a 25GB data cap for $50/month. I need my downloads :D | ronyville (10611) | ||
