| 563391 | 2007-06-27 07:18:00 | :confused: HP photosmart 7760 printer no RED - new cartridge This is the second cartridge so thought it must be the printer problem. Using Office Solutions cartridge 57. Seems to be a red and yellow a problem Ive done the maintanance protective cover seal off the cartridge? printhead clean etc etc Any thoughts please. |

| 563395 | 2007-06-27 13:37:00 | As you are aware you are using a refilled cartridge. Normally you are unlucky to get one bad one, to get two is very unlucky. The 57 is a TRI colour tank, and can be problematic when getting refilled. I would recommend, rather than going back and forth again is to buy (or borrow) an Original and try again. If still a problem then its your machine (keep originals in the machine when sending back for servicing-they don't like refills and jump at the chance to blame the refill-which logically can not cause a problem 99% of the time). Alternatively you may have a slight cross contamination which may be corrected after printing 3-6 test pages (unfortunately using up your ink). I hope this helps. | hazzad (12450) | ||
