563352 2007-06-27 05:08:00 How many updates did u install?

All of them? Some? One?
Speedy Gonzales (78)
563353 2007-06-27 05:11:00 Just one - the 1st one they have you install before you can even go to the list of possible updates. I believe it is called Windows Updater. NZHawk (4093)
563354 2007-06-27 05:26:00 Thats to check or validate your version of Windows.

So u can use the Windowsupdate site. It maybe a update that'll fix it.

You'll have to install SP1 / 2 and the rest of the updates.

563355 2007-06-27 05:40:00 No can do - becomes non-responsive in just a couple of minutes.
Thus not able to update....
Has SP 2 installed.

563356 2007-06-27 07:02:00 What I do is:

Drivers
Firewall
Anti-Malware

Then let it out on the net.
And update the drivers again with the newer ones off the manufacturers website.

MS updates don't even come into it......
