563218 2007-06-26 15:52:00 My computer recently begun to have problems at startup, and seems to have problem recognising the memory. A blue screen usually apperas, which is unreadable, then the system reboots again.

I usually get some options such as boot in safe mode, start windows normally or use previous "good" setup. Whatever option is chosen, the blue screen appears, then the system restarts.

Usually after a few attempts of selecting "Start Windows Normally" I get the message about a 3-step procedure to try and rectify the problem. Firstly the system deletes "corrupt attribute list entry 128 in file 36540", then it deletes "corrupt attribute record (128,"") from file record segment 57373.

Can you help me, and tell me what the problem with my laptop is?

Thanks

Matthew.
