562715 2007-06-25 08:41:00 I've set up a hub using YnHub 1.033 using my internet IP as the HUB address.

When I connect using DC++ to a LAN IP such as 197.168.1.3, it allows me to connect however when i try to access it using the internet ip, it says:

*** Connecting to XXX.XXX.XX.XX...
*** No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

is there anything i need to do to my pc to allow me to connect via the internet? e.g. configure options...

Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated

562716 2007-06-25 08:54:00 What sort of internet connection do you have? Broadband? Or dialup?

If you have Broadband what sort of modem have you got?

562718 2007-06-25 09:00:00 I don’t have that same type of modem as you so I can’t tell you exactly how to config your router, but what you need to do is open up the ports that DC++ use & then forward those ports to the computer that’s running DC++ server stu161204 (123)
562719 2007-06-25 09:05:00 Ok... how would I find out what ports dc++ uses? Cornot (10386)
