| 564634 | 2007-06-30 11:26:00 | i bought a new computer recently, it is a brand called tsunami? from taiwan. I dont know why but it constantly crashes. A blue skin lights up with this type of font and it says USB_BUG_CODE. Most of the time it is USB_BUG_CODE, but now recently a new one has popped up - something about pool driver? or something. Then it mentions something about the BIOS? i do not understand could anyone please help? |

| 564636 | 2007-06-30 13:16:00 | What exactly did it say about the BIOS?? What was the exact error/crash message. If you've only just brought it as a system take it back, tell the shop to fix it or replace it. I think the blue screen you're talking about is whats called the BSOD - blue screen of death. What version of Windows is this? And what were u doing at the time?? When it crashed? |

Tsunami is a model of case made by Thermaltake . Not all PCs are a "brand" at all . And as yours as such a nice case it is probably custom built . It would help if we knew the motherboard model in it, operating system installed etc . And what service pack if any it has installed . And what has been changed recently if anything . Any new hardware added, any new drivers? 0x000000FE: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER Usually indicates a USB driver problem . 0x000000C2: BAD_POOL_CALLER A kernel-mode process or driver incorrectly attempted to perform memory operations . Typically, a faulty driver or buggy software causes this . |
